Gleaning inspiration from the traditional casual pubs of Japan, known as izakayas, Chef Michael Schulson gives diners the chance to experience a taste of the Far East without having to venture far from the casino floor. Each dish on the menu reflects the time Schulson spent in Japan. Izakaya offers many incredible options, including sushi rolls and signature sashimi crafted from the freshest ingredients; robatayaki, also known as Japanese-style barbecue; and an impressive array of sake. From small plates to a chef’s full-tasting menu, Izakaya is the premiere Japanese restaurant destination in Atlantic City.
